- 100 g ladyfingers
- 200 g dark chocolate couverture
- 125 g milk chocolate couverture
- 100 g marzipan
- 50 g chopped almonds
- 20 ml rum
- oil (for hands)
- 60 g raw marzipan dough
- 20 g powdered sugar
- food coloring (red and green)
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- lactose sugar (as adhesive)

Crush the ladyfingers finely. Chop the two chocolates and melt them over a bain-marie. Grate the marzipan finely. Mix the crushed ladyfingers with the marzipan and almonds in a bowl, add the melted chocolate and rum, and combine thoroughly. Chill the mixture for about 20 minutes until firm. With lightly oiled hands shape roughly 25 equal balls and place them on parchment paper; chill again if needed.

For the decoration knead the raw marzipan dough with powdered sugar and divide it in half to color red and green. Cut small leaves from the green marzipan and score the veins. Form little berries from the red marzipan. Dust the balls with cocoa powder and powdered sugar, then decorate with marzipan pieces using lactose sugar as a binder.
