Ingredients
- 100 g watermelon flesh
- 100 ml Buttermilk
- 40 g yogurt (1.5% fat) (2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp Lime juice
Instructions

Cut the watermelon and use a melon baller to scoop out 2 balls. Remove seeds from the flesh and roughly cube it. Blend the fruit with buttermilk, yogurt, vanilla powder, and lime juice until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass. Skewer the melon balls on toothpicks and garnish the smoothie with them.
