Ingredients
- 400 g watermelon (diced)
- 100 g sheep cheese (cubed)
- 2 tbsp mint (chopped)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Sea salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 small rolls
Instructions

Mix yogurt with mint and lemon juice. Fold in watermelon and feta cubes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
