Fresh melon salad with feta cheese featuring crisp watermelon cubes, creamy sheep’s milk cheese, and a zesty mint yogurt dressing. Serve with warm bread rolls for a refreshing Mediterranean treat.

Ingredients

  • 400 g watermelon (diced)
  • 100 g sheep cheese (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp mint (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • Sea salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 small rolls

Instructions
