Ingredients
- 500 g feta
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 50 g black olives
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 5 sage leaves
- 2 thyme sprigs
- 1 stalk mint
- 200 ml olive oil
- Salt
- peppercorns
Instructions

Coarsely break the feta into pieces. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.

Place the feta in a shallow dish, sprinkle with chili, garlic, olives, sprigs of rosemary, sage leaves, thyme, mint, salt, and cracked pepper, then drizzle olive oil over it. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
