Ingredients

  • 1 Zuckermelone
  • 200 g Heidelbeeren
  • 2 kleine Nektarinen
  • 3 EL Zitronensaft
  • 3 EL zerbröckelter Ziegenkäse

Instructions

    Halve the melon and remove seeds. Use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh. Set aside the halves for filling. Rinse, dry, and drain the blueberries.

    Wash the nectarines, quarter them, remove pits, slice into thin strips, and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Combine blueberries with melon balls, nectarine strips, and goat cheese; fill the melon halves with the mixture.
