Colorful Feta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 green lettuce head
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 10 black olives
- 10 green olives
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp fresh chopped oregano
- 3 tbsp wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper (from the grinder)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 slices white bread
- 1 Garlic clove
Instructions

Cut the white bread into small cubes and toast them in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil and a pressed garlic clove until golden yellow. Drain the bread cubes on kitchen paper.

Separate the lettuce into leaves, wash, rinse, and dry. Peel cucumbers if desired and cut into small pieces. Wash tomatoes, remove stems, and dice. Peel onions, halve, and finely slice. Halve bell pepper, deseed, wash, and cut into strips. Dice the sheep cheese.

Prepare a salad dressing from olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano; taste and adjust.

Combine all salad ingredients except the toasted bread cubes, arrange decoratively on plates, and sprinkle with the toasted bread cubes before serving.
