Melon Punch

A refreshing beverage made with fresh melon varieties and sparkling prosecco. Try this and other recipes from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 1 Galia melon
  • 1 Charentais melon
  • 100 ml white rum
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bottles chilled Prosecco (≈750 ml)

Instructions

    Halve the melons, remove seeds, peel, and cut into small pieces. Place the fruit in a punch bowl.

    Add the rum and 1–2 tbsp of sugar, then top with half of the Prosecco. Chill for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, add the remaining Prosecco.
