Ingredients
- 1 kg watermelon
- 3 tbsp sugar
- a pinch cinnamon
- 200 g mascarpone
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Remove seeds from the melon, peel it, and dice the flesh. In a pot, simmer with cinnamon and sugar over low heat for 20 minutes until the liquid has almost evaporated.

Stir mascarpone into the cooled melon puree, season with lemon juice, cover and chill. To serve, fill dessert cups and garnish with edible flowers (e.g., from nasturtium).
