- 2 cantaloupes
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 250 g heavy cream
- 4 egg yolks

Halve the melons and remove the seeds. Scrape out the flesh and freeze the empty halves to use as ice cream bowls.

Blend the melon flesh with honey in a blender. Mix in the egg yolks and heavy cream. Freeze in an ice cream maker until firm, then store in the freezer until serving.
