Delicious, quick and healthy! The Melon-Ham Skewers from Spoonsparrow are the perfect starter.

Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 1 Galia melon
  • 1 slice watermelon
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 250 g Parma ham (very thinly sliced)

Instructions

    Halve and seed the honeydew and watermelon.

    Cut the fruit flesh into bite‑sized cubes; split the Parma ham lengthwise according to its width.

    Thread alternating pieces of melon and ham onto skewers. Season the skewers with pepper and arrange them on a plate with grissini sticks.
