Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon
- 1 Galia melon
- 1 slice watermelon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 250 g Parma ham (very thinly sliced)

Halve and seed the honeydew and watermelon.

Cut the fruit flesh into bite‑sized cubes; split the Parma ham lengthwise according to its width.
