Ingredients

  • 2 Romanasalad leaves
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp seasoned vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp garden herbs
  • 50 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
  • Herb salt
  • Pepper
  • mild white vinegar

Instructions

    Clean the salad leaves, pluck off any damaged parts, roughly chop and rinse under running water, then shake dry. Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Peel the cucumber, wash it and slice into rounds. Mix everything together and loosely distribute over four plates.

    For the dressing, peel the garlic clove and combine it with yogurt, broth and herbs in a blender; blend until smooth.

    Stir in the milk, season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Spoon over the salads and serve.
