Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber (ca. 450 g)
  • 500 g watermelon
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • sugar
  • 4 mint sprigs

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber, cut it lengthwise into eighths and dice into 1 cm cubes. Cut the flesh of the melon from the rind, remove the black seeds and chop into bite-sized pieces. Mix the cucumber cubes with the melon and divide into four glasses (200 ml each). Whisk the yogurt with the lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour the sauce over the cucumber and melon cubes and serve garnished with a mint sprig.
