  • 200 g mixed leafy greens (e.g., chicory, arugula, lamb’s lettuce, cress, radicchio)
  • 2 pomegranates
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 tsp liquid honey
  • 150 g smoked mozzarella

    Wash, clean, and dry the salad leaves, then arrange them on a plate.

    Halve the pomegranates, press the skins inward, and gently release the seeds (avoiding the white membrane). Catch the released juice and mix it with vinegar and oil. Season with salt, pepper, and honey; scatter the seeds over the salad, drizzle with vinaigrette, and finely shave mozzarella on top. Serve immediately.
