Ingredients

  • 1 kg watermelon (peeled, seeded and diced)
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar
  • 3 lemons (zest and juice)

Instructions

    Mix fruit flesh with gelatin sugar, lemon juice and zest, cover and let stand for about 4 hours. Then transfer to a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for about 4 minutes until sparkling.

    Immediately fill jars, seal tightly and allow to cool.
