Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 Garlic clove
- 400 g farfalle
- Salt
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 2 sprigs Basil
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 40 g parmesan (1 piece)
Instructions

Wash and clean zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes, and celery. Slice zucchini, bell peppers, and celery into thin strips; halve the tomatoes. Peel garlic and finely chop.

Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

Meanwhile wash herbs and dry shake them. Chop parsley; pinch basil leaves.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes, and celery, sauté over low heat for 4–5 minutes.

Drain pasta, reserving some cooking water. Combine with the vegetables and parsley, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Divide pasta onto four plates, sprinkle parmesan on top, and garnish with basil.
