Ingredients
- 400 g canned tuna (in own juice)
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp capers
- 80 g black olives (pitted)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 150 g yogurt
- 50 g mayonnaise
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- 0.5 iceberg lettuce (about 300 g)
Instructions

Drain the tuna well and flake it with a fork. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Roughly chop the capers and slice the drained olives into rings. Wash, halve, deseed and dice the bell pepper.

Whisk the yogurt with mayonnaise until smooth. Combine all prepared salad ingredients and season with cayenne pepper, lemon juice and salt.

Wash, trim and cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips. Arrange on plates, add the tuna salad on top and serve.
