Ingredients
- 800 g starchy potatoes
- Sea salt
- 20 g pine nuts
- 50 g black olives (pitted)
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 1 handful basil
- 200 ml milk
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ground chili peppers

Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water for about 30 minutes. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown, then let cool. Chop the olives and sun-dried tomatoes together with the cooled pine nuts. Wash, dry, and tear the basil leaves into small pieces. Drain the potatoes and mash them using a potato masher. Warm the milk and olive oil together in a saucepan, then gradually stir them into the mashed potatoes with a wooden spoon. Fold in the pine nuts, olives, tomatoes, and basil, seasoning with sea salt and a pinch of chili.
