Ingredients
- 100 g spelt grains (or rye grains)
- 0.25 l water
- 1 bunch radishes
- 3 stalks celery
- 150 g Gouda cheese
- 4 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 5 tbsp corn germ oil
- salt (pepper)
- half a box watercress
Instructions

Bring rye or spelt to a boil with the water, then cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and let stand for 1 hour.

Wash radishes, pat dry and halve them.

Wash celery and cut into thin rings.

Mix the vegetables with the warm rye/spelt.

Sprinkle cheese over it roughly.

Whisk together vinegar, mustard, oil, salt and pepper to make a dressing and pour over the salad.

Garnish with watercress.
