Ingredients
- 250 g spiral pasta
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 1 Shallot
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 green bell pepper
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 250 g mozzarella
- 80 g Black olives
- 2 tbsp canned corn
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 50 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp finely chopped basil
Instructions

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and let drain.

Clean mushrooms and slice them.

Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash and dice into small cubes.

Peel shallot and garlic, finely chop, then sauté in hot butter until translucent; add mushrooms, cook briefly, season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

Wash tomatoes and halve them.

Drain mozzarella and cut into cubes.

Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper together; fold in sour cream and olive oil, taste and adjust seasoning. Combine the prepared salad ingredients, olives, corn, and basil, then serve.
