Mediterranean Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 dark whole wheat bread
  • 50 g black olives
  • 50 g sun‑dried tomatoes
  • 250 g Buffalo Mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cut the bread in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife, being careful not to cut all the way through.

    Trim the sun‑dried tomatoes and olives into smaller pieces. Drain the mozzarella, halve it and slice it into rounds.

  3. 3.

    Fill the bread with the prepared ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan: 160 °C, gas: level 2) for 20 minutes. Let cool briefly before enjoying.
