Ingredients
- 720 g fresh tuna (4 slices)
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 700 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp finely chopped basil
- 100 g black olives (pitted)
- 2 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp Marsala wine
- 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- oil for greasing the dish
- basil strips

Season tuna slices with salt and pepper and place them in a greased baking dish.

Briefly blanch tomatoes, cool, peel, quarter, seed, and dice finely. Finely chop olives with capers. Mix with tomatoes, basil, and Marsala; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the tomato sauce over the tuna slices, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (middle rack) for about 20-25 minutes. Serve garnished with basil strips.
