Spoonsparrow meat rolls: The juicy rolls in Spanish smoky flavors are easy to bite into.
Ingredients
- 2 red onions
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika powder (Spanish specialty)
- 350 g lamb fillet
Instructions

Peel the onions, halve them and cut into very thin rings. In a small bowl mix the oil and paprika powder.

Rinse the lamb fillet, pat dry and slice into 16 thin pieces.

Place the slices on a large piece of plastic wrap and cover with another sheet of wrap.

Now lightly flatten each slice with a meat mallet or heavy pot handle. Remove the wrap and brush the lamb slices with half of the paprika oil.

Distribute onion rings over the meat, roll each fillet into small rolls and skewer four per grill stick.

Place the rolls on an aluminum tray and brush all around with the remaining paprika oil. Grill each side for about 6-8 minutes.
