Spoonsparrow’s Strawberry‑Passionfruit Jam is consistently delicious.

Ingredients

  • 12 passionfruits
  • 750 g strawberries
  • 1 tsp agar‑agar
  • 120 g honey
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

    Rinse four 200 ml sterilized jars and lids with boiling water, then lay them upside down on a kitchen towel to drain. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Halve the passionfruits and place the pulp in a fine sieve.

    Press the pulp through the sieve with a spoon to remove the seeds.

    Wash, trim, and finely chop the strawberries.

    Combine the strained passionfruit pulp and strawberries in a pot with honey and lemon juice; bring to a quick boil. Add agar‑agar and simmer for another 2 minutes.

    Pour the hot jam into the prepared jars while still upside down, seal with lids, let stand upside down for 5 minutes, then set upright.
