Mayonnaise Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 250 g horned noodles
  • Salt
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 80 g canned corn kernels
  • 200 g pork sausage
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 bunch radishes
  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 60 g yogurt
  • 125 ml mayonnaise

Instructions

    Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and let them dry.

    Wash the cucumber, cut it lengthwise, deseed and dice. Drain the corn. Cut the sausage lengthwise and slice into rounds. Whisk lemon juice with vegetable broth, salt and pepper. Fold in yogurt and mayonnaise. Wash the tomatoes and halve if desired. Wash the radishes, trim and slice them. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small ribbons. Mix all prepared ingredients with half of the chives into the dressing. Taste and sprinkle with the remaining chives.
