Ingredients

  • 1 Spring onion
  • 2 bunches radishes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
  • 4 slices of white press sack (presskopf)

    Wash the spring onions, slice into rings and blanch. Wash, trim, and cut the radishes into sticks, lightly salt them and let stand for about 5-10 minutes.

    Mix the spring onion rings with the radish sticks, season with vinegar and oil, and serve in bowls alongside the press sack (presskopf).
