- 8 matjes fillets
- 500 g Potatoes
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 bunch radishes
- 3 pickles
- 0.5 bunch Chives
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 1 onion
- 150 g Sour cream
- 100 g whole milk yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel, wash and boil the potatoes in salted water for 25 minutes; drain and let them dry. Wash and finely chop the herbs for the sauce.

Slice the pickles. Peel and finely chop the onion. Slice the radishes thinly.

Mix sour cream, yogurt with the herbs, onions, radishes, and pickles; season with salt and pepper.

Sauté the potatoes in melted butter, serve with Matjes fillets, and drizzle with the sauce.
