Ingredients

  • 4 limes
  • 4 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 20 g coconut blossom sugar (2 tbsp)
  • 500 ml chilled cloudy apple juice
  • 500 ml cold water
  • crushed ice
  • 4 sprigs Mint

Instructions

    Squeeze the limes and mix the juice with matcha tea powder and coconut blossom sugar. Add the apple juice, top up with 500 ml well-chilled water, and stir.

    Divide into 4 glasses and add crushed ice to each. Wash the mint, pat dry, pluck leaves, garnish the drinks with them, and serve.
