Ingredients

  • 100 g Field salad
  • 0.5 Avocado
  • 150 g papaya flesh
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley (10 g)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

    Clean, wash and dry the field salad. Scoop the avocado flesh with a spoon from the skin and cut into small pieces.

  2. 2.

    Cut the papaya flesh into small pieces. Wash the parsley, dry it and finely chop it.

  3. 3.

    Add 400 ml water, field salad, avocado, papaya, parsley and lime juice to a blender. Blend very fine and pour the smoothie into four glasses.
