Mashed Potatoes with Endive Salad

Ingredients

  • 800 g waxy potatoes
  • Salt
  • 150 g endive salad
  • 200 ml milk
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g grated Parmesan
  • Pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

    Wash, peel, and roughly cube the potatoes. Boil in salted water for about 20 minutes until tender. Meanwhile, wash the endive salad, dry it, and tear the leaves into smaller pieces.

    Drain the cooked potatoes and press them hot through a potato masher into a bowl. Mix in the heated milk. Add butter, parmesan, and the salad; stir well and season the mash with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
