Marzipan Pralines

Ingredients

  • Mandelblättchen
  • 20 ml Mandellikör
  • 1 Msp. Zitronenschale
  • 90 g geschälte Mandelkerne
  • 200 g Vollmilchkuvertüre

Instructions

    Combine the marzipan with the liqueur and lemon zest in a bowl and crush with a fork.

    Finely chop the almonds and mix thoroughly into the marzipan mixture.

  3. 3.

    Shape walnut-sized balls from the dough and place them on a tray to chill.

  4. 4.

    Chop the chocolate and melt it over a double boiler.

  5. 5.

    Using a praline fork, dip each ball into the melted chocolate one at a time and set them on parchment paper.

    Before the chocolate sets, place an almond leaf on top of each ball and let them dry fully.
