Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 70 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp almond liqueur
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp cold espresso
- 100 g chocolate rice flakes
- 1 tbsp finely grated milk chocolate
- 8 espresso beans (for garnish)

Separate the eggs and beat the whites into stiff peaks. Beat the yolks with sugar until fluffy. Stir in mascarpone spoonfuls. Add almond liqueur and set aside half of the cream. Mix cocoa powder and cold espresso into that mixture. Fold half of the egg whites into both creams. Alternately layer the creams with chocolate rice flakes in four small glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle grated milk chocolate over each cup and garnish each with two espresso beans.
