Ingredients

  • 2 sour apples
  • 2 pears
  • 150 g dried apricots
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 20 ml almond liqueur
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 60 g sliced almonds
  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

    Peel, quarter, core and slice the apples and pears into wedges. Mix with lemon juice, liqueur and honey (adjust to taste) and transfer to a baking dish. Combine almonds, coconut and sugar and sprinkle over the fruit. Drizzle with melted butter and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
