Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • Vanilla pudding powder
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g marzipan raw mass
  • a splash of brandy

Instructions

    Bring the milk to a boil, then pour in the whisked pudding powder and cook while stirring. Set aside the pudding to cool, occasionally stirring to prevent skin.

    Whisk the butter with powdered sugar until fluffy, then fold into the pudding by spoonfuls until smooth. Mix marzipan raw mass with a splash of brandy and incorporate. Cut muffins in half vertically and fill with vanilla cream.
