Ingredients
- 1 kg cocktail tomatoes
- 2 handfuls fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, tarragon, chervil)
- 4 red chili peppers
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 l olive oil

Sterilize the jars.

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, dry with a towel and pierce the skin multiple times with a wooden skewer. Wash the herbs, pat dry and remove the leaves from the stems. Steep the chili peppers hot and pat dry. Peel the garlic and distribute evenly among the jars along with the tomatoes, chilies, and herbs. Fill with olive oil so everything is fully covered. Seal the jars tightly.
