- 600 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 g heavy cream
- 100 g blue cheese (e.g., Roquefort, Stilton... )
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel the stem and cut into pieces. Heat the oil and briefly sauté the minced garlic, then add the broccoli and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, add the crumbled cheese, and let it melt.

Take out a quarter of the broccoli florets. Blend the remaining broccoli with the cheesy sauce until smooth. Return the florets to the sauce and warm through.
