Marinated mozzarella with olives and sun‑dried tomatoes: the chili’s heat perfects the mild flavor of mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lime
  • 40 g green olives (pitted)
  • 50 g sun‑dried tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small dried chili pepper
  • 250 g mozzarella (9% fat)
  • black pepper
  • rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

    Squeeze the lime and measure out 1 tbsp of juice. Finely chop the olives and sun‑dried tomatoes.

    In a bowl combine olive oil and lime juice. Crumble the dried chili pepper and mix it in.

    Drain the mozzarella and cut into small cubes.

  4. 4.

    Arrange the cheese on a plate and season with black pepper.

    Drizzle the seasoned oil over the cheese, let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate, then garnish with rosemary before serving.
