Ingredients

  • 1 kg salmon fillet (skinless, boneless)
  • 150 ml soy sauce
  • 150 ml sake
  • juice of one lime

Instructions

    Wash, dry, pat the salmon fillets and cut them crosswise into 8 equal pieces. Mix soy sauce, sake and lime juice in a bowl. Place the salmon pieces in the Marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Grill the fillets on a charcoal grill or under the preheated oven grill for 2-3 minutes per side, brushing with the Marinade again before flipping. Serve immediately with the remaining Marinade as a dip.
