Ingredients

  • 250 g soft butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

    Grease the pan well and dust with flour.

    Cream butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add flour and baking powder, then stir in 3 tbsp milk into the batter.

    Take 1/3 of the batter and mix with cocoa powder and remaining milk to make dark batter. Pour light batter first into pan, then pour dark batter on top. Mix the batters spirally with a fork, smooth out, and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour (check doneness). Let cake cool slightly, then remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
