Ingredients

  • 0.25 l lemon juice
  • 0.25 l white wine
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 150 g sugar
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 egg yolks
  • zest strips (for garnish)

Instructions

    Bring lemon juice, half the wine, ginger and sugar to a boil. Whisk cornstarch and egg yolks with the remaining wine. Add the whisked mixture to the boiling liquid, bring to a simmer, then let cool. Fold spoonfuls of mascarpone into the lemon cream, pour into dessert glasses and chill.
