Spoonsparrow and Exquisa present: Maracuja-Mango Bowl – ready in a snap!
Ingredients
- 1 ripe Mango
- 200 ml chilled coconut milk
- 4 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 cup Exquisa ZERO Quark-Yogurt-Creme Mango (400 g)
- 3 passion fruits
- 4 tbsp shredded coconut
- a few mint leaves
- a drizzle of honey
Instructions

Peel and pit the mango. Slice a portion of the flesh into strips.

Add the remaining mango flesh, coconut milk, and flax seeds to a blender and blend until smooth.

Stir in the Exquisa ZERO Quark-Yogurt-Creme Mango.

Divide the mixture among small bowls. Drizzle with honey and passion fruit pulp, then top with shredded coconut, mango strips, and mint leaves.
