Acai bowl with berries from Spoonsparrow for a fruity breakfast. The perfect start to the day!
Ingredients
- 0.5 frozen banana (sliced)
- 125 g frozen berries
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 3 strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp pecans
- 1 tbsp almond sticks
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp rolled oats

For the base, combine frozen fruits, acai powder, agave syrup and almond milk in a stand mixer and blend into a creamy puree. Add more almond milk if desired to achieve a thinner consistency.

For the topping, wash, trim and slice strawberries. Peel and slice banana. Arrange strawberries, banana slices, nuts, seeds and oats on top of the base.
