Breakfast Bowl with Crumbly Cream Cheese

A breakfast bowl featuring crumbly cream cheese from Exquisa: the perfect start to your day!

Ingredients

  • 0.5 Orange
  • 40 g crumbly oatmeal flakes
  • 10 g almond slivers
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 25 g pomegranate seeds
  • 200 g Exquisa (crumbly cream cheese Fitline 0.8% fat)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

    Halve the orange and squeeze out the juice (about 75 ml). Mix the juice with the oatmeal flakes and let it soak for about 10 minutes. Roast the almond slivers in a dry pan until golden brown, then remove and cool. Rinse and wash the raspberries and blueberries, then drain well.

    Fold the cream cheese into the soaked oatmeal mixture and arrange in a bowl with the raspberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle with roasted almond slivers and chia seeds.
