Spicy Breakfast Wrap
A spicy breakfast wrap from Exquisa: a smart alternative to jam rolls and toast.
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt
- 4 tsp oil
- 1 Carrot
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 cups Exquisa (grainy low-fat cream cheese 0.8% fat)
- pepper (ground)
- 8 slices smoked turkey breast
Instructions

Whisk one egg with the flour. Add the remaining seven eggs, stir in, and season with salt. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a non‑stick pan (20 cm diameter). Cook four thin omelettes from the batter and let them cool on a flat plate.

Meanwhile peel and grate the carrot. Wash the chives, dry, and cut into fine ribbons. Mix the cream cheese, grated carrot, and chives. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the turkey slices evenly over the omelettes, then spread the carrot‑cream cheese mixture on top. Roll the wraps, folding the right and left edges about 2 cm toward the center so they seal at the bottom. Cut each wrap crosswise in half and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with a little chives and optionally pepper.
