- 1 Mango
- 1 Banana
- 2 passion fruits
- 10 kumquats
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 12 ice cubes
- 350 ml coconut milk
- Pinch Cinnamon powder
- pinch cardamom (ground)

Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into pieces. Peel the banana and slice it. Halve the passion fruits, scoop out the pulp and strain through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Wash and halve the kumquats. Thread two halves on each skewer with mint for garnish. Blend the remaining ingredients—mango, banana, passion fruit pulp, lime juice, and sugar—until smooth. Add ice cubes and continue blending while slowly incorporating coconut milk until a creamy smoothie forms. Finish with cinnamon and cardamom.
