Mangold Rouladen

Ingredients

  • Mangold leaf (4 large and small each)
  • Salt
  • 80 g spicy Gouda (grated)
  • 4 slices smoked turkey breast fillet
  • 1.5 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • 4 small wooden skewers

Instructions

    Wash the mangold, cut off the stems, blanch the leaves in boiling salted water for 1 minute, drain, rinse with cold water and let dry.

    Place one large and one small mangold leaf on top of each other, lay a slice of turkey breast on each, sprinkle with cheese.

  3. 3.

    Fold the sides slightly together, roll up, and secure with wooden skewers. Heat oil in a pan, add the rolled mangold, fry all sides for 5 minutes. Season with soy sauce, pepper, and salt.
