  • 1 kg small mushrooms
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms.

    Peel the onions and cut them into wedges.

    Peel the garlic and finely chop it.

    Sauté the mushrooms in hot oil, add the mushrooms and garlic, let them wilt briefly, then add balsamic vinegar, cover and simmer for about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
