  • 8 corn cobs
  • oil (for brushing)
  • wooden skewers
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs (chopped)
  • Salt

Instructions

    Parboil corn cobs in salted water for about 15 minutes, drain well, cut into pieces and skewer. Brush with oil and grill (or bake at 200°C) for about 10 minutes until golden brown, turning several times.
