Ingredients
- 4 corn cobs
- Salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 dill stems
- 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
- 60 g soft butter
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp plant oil

Peel, clean the corn and boil in salted water with sugar for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash, halve, deseed and finely dice the chili peppers. Rinse the dill stems, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop. Mix the chili and curry powder into the butter. Season with salt and lemon juice. Divide the butter into four small bowls and refrigerate.

Drain the corn and cut each cob into about three sections. Skewer onto wooden sticks and brush with oil. Grill all sides for 8-10 minutes. Remove from grill and serve with the chili butter for self‑spreading.
