Ingredients
- 12 large spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 60 g risotto rice
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 1 large tomato
- 3 tbsp almond flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
Instructions

Soak raisins in water.

Peel the onion and sauté it in hot butter until translucent, stir in the rice, continue cooking, add the broth, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Brew tomatoes over the mixture, halve them, remove seeds and finely dice; together with the raisins and 2 tbsp almonds, add at the end of the rice, season with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
