- 2 mangoes
- 100 g yogurt
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- crushed ice
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- mango pieces
- mint

Peel, halve, pit, and roughly cube the mangoes. Blend with yogurt, buttermilk, lime juice, and sugar until smooth, then add some crushed ice and blend to a creamy consistency.

Distribute into glasses and place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in each. Garnish with mango slices and mint before serving.
